- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time
    Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.

8. International Shipping

- We ship internationally! International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and dimensions.

- Delivery timelines for international orders typically range from 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

- All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees as per the destination country’s regulations.

- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or local customs authority.

- Cozy Spaces is not responsible for delays caused due to customs inspections or clearance procedures. 

Returns on International Orders

- At present, international orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

- This applies even in cases of damage, defects, or transit-related issues.

- Once an international order is shipped from India, Cozy Spaces is unable to accept returns or offer replacements due to cross-border logistics and customs restrictions.

- By placing an international order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.
