1. Cancellation and Refund Rules

Cancellation Charges for Confirmed Orders:
- If you wish to cancel a confirmed order, please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Orders cancelled within this window will receive a full refund.
- For cancellations made after 24 hours, or if the order has already been shipped, a logistics fee will be charged to cover shipping costs.

No-Show or Late Cancellations:No-Show Policy:
- If a customer fails to collect their order or cancels it after the scheduled delivery time, Cozy Spaces will apply a 20% cancellation fee.
- The fee covers logistics, handling, and restocking costs incurred due to the no-show.
- If you need to cancel an order after the scheduled delivery time, please notify us as soon as possible.
- Late cancellations may still incur the 20% cancellation fee.

Refund Process:
- Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund, deducting the applicable fees.
- The remaining refund amount will be credited to your original payment method.
