Cozy Spaces Return & Replacement Policy  

Hey there! We want your shopping experience to be smooth and hassle-free. Here’s what you need to know before placing an order.  

Returns (General Products)

  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.  
  • A ₹100 processing fee will be deducted, and the rest will be issued as store credit (no expiry).
  • Some products like mirrors and customised items are non-returnable.  
  • Once we receive the return and check it, store credit will be issued within 2 business days.  

For Fragile Items (Mirrors & Other Delicate Products above INR 3000/-)

We do not accept returns for fragile items like mirrors & Items above INR 3000/- due to their delicate nature.

Breakages & Damages  

  • Take an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Notify us within 24 hours via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram.  
  • Keep the original packaging for reference.  
  • We’ll either send a replacement or issue store credit—your choice.  

Replacements (For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)  

  • You can request a replacement within 5 days if the product is:  
      - Damaged in transit  
      - Has a manufacturing defect  
      - Not what you ordered  
  • Contact us between 10 AM - 6 PM via:

  • Send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the full product) plus a short video.  
  • We’ll review and respond within 2-3 days. If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 working days.  
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, manuals, shipping labels, etc.  

Additional Notes  

  • To redeem store credit, shop with the same email ID used for the return.  
  • Need extra product images before ordering? Just ask.
