1. Returns and Refunds
At Cozy Spaces, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find that a return or refund is necessary, please review our policy below:
Eligibility for Refund:
- To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
- returns for orders below ₹990 are not accepted.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process:
- Ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it.
- If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. How to Return
Our delivery partner will pick up the returned product from your provided address.
Shipping Cost for Returns and Exchanges: The shipping cost for returns and exchanges will be covered by us. A small fee of INR 100-200 will be deducted from your refund or exchange amount for orders below INR 990. For orders above INR 990, we will charge 10% of the product amount. You will receive a gift card to compensate for the return or exchange charge.
